Kachik Rumelyan
Kachik brings a compassionate and structured approach to Tranquil Gardens Elderly Living, supported by his degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine and hands-on experience in healthcare. As Administrator and CEO, he is personally involved in the resident care experience, helping ensure that each individual is treated with dignity, warmth, and respect.
Andranik Khachatrian
With more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Andranik helps guide the operations of Tranquil Gardens with stability, safety, and care quality in mind. His calm and principled leadership supports the strong foundation that residents and families rely on.
