At Tranquil Gardens Elderly Living, we understand how important family connection is to emotional well-being. We welcome visits, conversations, and ongoing communication while also protecting the peace, privacy, and daily routines our residents depend on.
Visiting Hours
Daily visiting hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Please contact us in advance if your family needs a special visiting arrangement.
Visitor Guidelines

Please sign in and out upon arrival and departure

Visits outside regular hours should be arranged in advance

Masks or hand hygiene may be requested during flu season or when illness concerns arise

Family Communication
We value clear and respectful communication with families, responsible parties, and care partners. Our goal is to keep families informed, answer questions thoughtfully, and support a smooth care experience for each resident.

Special Accommodations
We understand that every family’s situation is different. Compassionate care visits and special arrangements may be accommodated when needed.
For families who live out of town or cannot visit in person, we can help coordinate virtual visits by phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Please contact us ahead of time so we can plan appropriately.
